1. 인코텀즈 2020의 발효와 사용시 주의할 점
2019년 9월 10일 국제상업회의소(International Chamber of Commerce; ICC)는 국제무역거래의 기본적인 거래조건을 10여 년만에 개정한 인코텀즈 (INCOTERMS) 2020을 발표했다. 현행의 인코텀즈 2010의 개정판인 이 새로운 인코텀즈 2020은 2020년 1월 1일부터 사용(발효) 된다.

3. 인코텀즈 2020의 특징
1) DAT(터미널 인도조건)를 폐지, DPU(도착지양하 인도조건)신설
- 인코텀즈 2010 DAT(Delivered at Terminal)를 폐지하고,
새로운 DPU(Delivered at Place Unloaded, 도착지양하 인도조건)
을 신설했다.
